~ Living Here ~

"See how nature-trees, flowers, grass-grows in silence-see the stars, the moon, the sun, how they move in silence."  Mother Teresa.

I was reminded of a picture that I took that graced the cover of Living Here Magazine, depicting life in Tulare County. 

Poppies reaching for the sky was taken near Kaweah Lake, not far from Three Rivers, CA. It was a cold winter, but the recent rains turned the hillsides into a colorful landscape. 

The poppies shouted out, "I'm alive."
